Plans are underway now to lay out the booths at Earth Day Durango, April 12. But we were running out of space for the food trucks. However, since LPEA is bringing a Ford Lightning, one of our food vendors, the Ice Cream Lady, can plug into it!

What a sweet solution!

Apply to be in the parade

March 21, 2025 by darcy.e.hitchcock

The Procession of the Species this year is going to be amazing. We already have some wonderful costumes. So come watch (along Main, between 10:30-11am on April 12) or be in the parade.

It helps us if you apply to be in the parade so we can put you in a logical order. If you don’t apply, you’ll be put at the end.

Please dress up as your favorite species! Can’t figure out what to be? Come to the costume making workshop on April 5. See the Earth Month Events page for the details.
