Goats + Solar = A Powerful Partnership!

February 18, 2025 by Madeleine Fulford

Join LPEA and their baby goats in the Earth Day Durango Parade on April 12 as they showcase their eco-friendly approach to vegetation management! LPEA is partnering with goats to naturally maintain the land around their solar arrays—helping produce clean energy while caring for the environment. Stop by the LPEA booth at Buckley Park after the Parade to pet the goats and learn more about Community Power programs and how LPEA is working toward a sustainable future.

Pet the Baby Goats! Buckley Park, April 12, 2025, 11-3.
