Positions may change and new positions may be added as we approach Earth Day.  Check back closer to April for more detail.

Parade Marshals and Leader: Ensure parade participants safety. Stop cross traffic until the parade has passed – run to the next open intersection – Marshals will be briefed on specific duties the morning of the parade/procession.

Buckley Set-up  Duties - Day before the event: Set out flags for: booth placement; stage, Earth Day tents, kids art tent, kid’s area, bike barricades and other specific areas.

Buckley Set-up  Duties - Day of event: Help set-up Earth Day tents, tables and chairs, direct booth folks to where their booth is, help carry items to their booth and/or help them set-up, stay with their booth while they park, give them directions re parking, assign booth numbers as needed, put up signs and make signs as needed.

Greeters – Earth Day Tent - Buckley Set-up  Duties: Let folks know about entertainment schedule on “Main Stage" and Kids area, Zero Waste, Kids’ Art Tent, Art area, trash diversion area, Food booths, etc. Please encourage attendees to visit all booths.

Kids Art Area: Help artist

Monitors for Recycle, Compost, Reuse, trash diversion area

Tear Down and Clean-up: Take down tents, tables, chairs and clean up park
